Flying from Johannesburg guests have the exclusive use of a twin-engine aircraft the entire safari eliminating the delays and wasted time associated with trying to tie in with scheduled airlines. From South Africa to Namibia, Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe guests will visit several of the region's renowned wilderness areas before returning to Johannesburg. An expert pilot / guide will host guests on the safari backed up by great local guides at each camp and lodge. Full itinerary and trip details below: DAYS 1, 2 SOSSUSVLEI / NAMIB DESERT The safari departs by air (included) early morning from Johannesburg for Windhoek, Namibia. It is then a one hour's flight (included) to Little Kulala Camp where you will spend 2 nights. Situated on a 21,000 hectare private concession bordering the Namib Naukluft Park, Little Kulala offers magnificent views of the Sossusvlei dunes as well as spectacular mountain scenery. Guests at Kulala Desert Lodge are accommodated in 8 thatch and canvas chalets with en suite facilities. They are set on wooden platforms to provide maximum cooling. Mattresses can be moved to a rooftop platform to sleep under the stars! The main lodge has a lounge, dining area, pub, and plunge pool. Activities here include drives to the dunes at Sossusvlei, day and night wildlife viewing from 4x4 vehicles, and walks to explore the incredible scenery and desert wildlife. A sunrise hot air balloon safari can be arranged at extra cost - a truly unique experience floating silently above the magnificent sand dunes! SOSSUSVLEI / NAMIB DESERT, Little Kulala Camp, all inclusive DAYS 3, 4 SKELETON COAST / ETOSHA The morning of day 3 you will depart by light aircraft (included) over Sossusvlei and the Namib Desert due west to Meob Bay on the shores of the southern Skeleton Coast. The scenery is spectacular where the dunes and desert meet the Atlantic Ocean. The flight up the coast takes guests over the site of the Eduard Bolen shipwreck, past Conception Bay, the wreck of the Shaunee and around Sandwich Harbour and its famous lagoon. You will land at Swakopmund Airport and transfer by road to the Walvis Bay harbor for a boat trip (weather permitting). You will have the opportunity to view seals, schools of dolphins swimming alongside the boat and sometimes even penguins. Guests may also see turtles, sunfish, as well as a wonderful variety of birdlife. Following a delicious seafood lunch, the group will return to the Walvis Bay Harbour before transferring by road to Swakopmund to enjoy a tour of this charming town. In the afternoon you will depart from Swakopmund for a scenic flight (included) further up the Skeleton Coast. After passing the Cape Cross Seal Colony, you will fly east up the Huab to Little Ongava where you will overnight two nights. Etosha is Namibia's premier wildlife park. It has great concentrations of game including elephant, lion, leopard, black rhino, and plains game including springbok, gemsbok and hartebeest. There are wonderful views across the salt pans which dominate the center of the park. Little Ongava is located within the 66,000 hectare Ongava Game Reserve on Etosha's southern boundary guests are accommodated in 3 superbly appointed suites each with air conditioning and their own private plunge pool. Mornings are usually spent on wildlife viewing drives within the Etosha National Park. During the afternoons and evenings professionally guided walks are on offer, as well as sitting at hides, and night drives within the Ongava Reserve - activities not possible within Etosha. The Ongava Reserve is home to both black and white rhino (tracking rhino on foot is a highlight), elephant, lion, springbok, gemsbok, hartebeest, leopard, cheetah and many more species. ETOSHA / ONGAVA, Little Ongava, all inclusive DAYS 5, 6 OKAVANGO DELTA On day 5 you will depart Ongava flying (included) via Grootfontein to Maun, Botswana where you will clear customs and immigration. From Maun the group flies (included) deep into the heart of the Okavango Delta - a complete contrast from the arid Namib Desert. You will overnight 2 nights at Jao Camp - a 16 bedded luxury tented camp situated within a private reserve to the west of the Moremi Game Reserve. The camp is located in a remote area on a large island. Each superb canvas walled room has been built under a canopy of shady trees with en-suite bathrooms and an additional outside shower under the stars. The rooms are raised off the ground and offer wonderful views of the surrounding flood plains. A raised walkway connects the rooms to the dining room and lounge area. Across the waterway in front of camp, guests have access to open flood plains and savannah country for a wonderful all round Okavango experience. Activities at Jao include mekoros, boating, day and night wildlife viewing drives and professionally guided walks. OKAVANGO DELTA, Jao Camp, all inclusive DAYS 7, 8 MOREMI RESERVE From Jao you will fly (included) to Mombo - the wildlife viewing highlight of the entire safari. Mombo Camp is situated on Mombo Island, adjoining the northern tip of Chiefs Island, within the Moremi Game Reserve. The camp offers true exclusivity and privacy in the central Okavango, coupled with abundant big game, arguably the best in Botswana. The highlight here is the concentrations of plains game and all the predators including the big cats! Guests often see lion, large herds of buffalo, cheetah, wild dog, elephant, hyena, giraffe, wildebeest and zebra in addition to the plains wildlife. Leopard sightings are particularly good. Mombos new camp is built under a stand of large shade trees overlooking a floodplain that teems with wildlife. The whole camp is raised off the ground allowing wildlife to wander freely through the camp and at the same time increasing guest safety. The camp accommodates 18 guests in nine, superbly decorated, very spacious tented rooms. All rooms have en-suite facilities under canvas and an additional outdoor shower for those who enjoy a shower under the stars. The dining room, pub and living area overlook the open plain in front of the camp. There is a plunge pool for relaxing during the heat of the day. Activities at Mombo include morning and afternoon wildlife viewing drives in open 4x4 Land Rovers. MOREMI RESERVE, Mombo Camp, all inclusive DAYS 9, 10 VICTORIA FALLS After a final morning wildlife viewing drive on day 9 the group will depart by air (included) to Kasane and then onto Livingstone, a small town on the Zambian side of Victoria Falls. You will overnight at The River Club. The River Club has one of the finest settings for any camp anywhere. It is situated high on the banks of the Zambezi River, 18 kilometers upstream from Victoria Falls. The camp has a distinct Victorian flavor, and guests here enjoy the sights and sounds of Victoria Falls and the Zambezi River in a peaceful and tranquil setting away from the crowds. Ten luxury, thatched chalets accommodate a maximum of 20 people. The rooms overlook the Zambezi River, and have en-suite facilities including a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The main dining room, lounge, and pub area has an interesting library. The Victoria Falls, the world's largest waterfall, is one of the seven wonders of the world. Daily trips to the Falls are a highlight. Boating to the Zambezi Rivers islands provide relaxed afternoon activities, and fishing and sundowner trips are offered. You may also choose to visit a local village. The Zambezi National Park is located just across the river, and lion calls can often be heard at night. Birds abound and hippo are regularly sighted (and heard) along the rivers edge. VICTORIA FALLS, River Club, all inclusive DAYS 11, 12 MANA POOLS Enjoy a drive across the famous Victoria Falls bridge and enjoy viewing the Falls from the Zimbabwean side before visiting the local craft village. Later this morning the group will fly (included) onto Mana Pools - possibly the most scenic of all the parks on this safari. You will overnight at Chikwenya Camp - a beautiful 16 bedded camp on the eastern boundary of the Mana Pools National Park. Accommodation is in nine comfortable tented rooms with en suite facilities and indoor / outdoor showers. There is a separate lounge and dining area, and a plunge pool. The focal point at Chikwenya is the magical Zambezi River, its backwaters, and the surrounding flood plains and forests. Chikwenya Island just offshore, harbors wonderfully diverse wildlife. The area is a photographers paradise, as tall albida trees dot the open flood plains, with the mountains of the Rift Valley providing the backdrop. The area is renowned for its large numbers of elephant, buffalo, hippo, crocodile, leopard, lion and eland that concentrate along the river when the inland waterholes dry up. Wildlife viewing is enjoyed in open 4x4 vehicles, by boat, on foot, in hides, and from canoes. Some safaris may overnight at Ruckomechi Camp in Mana Pools. MANA POOLS, Chikwenya Camp, all inclusive DAY 13 HOME After a wildlife viewing activity the group will fly (included) back to Johannesburg where you will land in the afternoon. You may choose to overnight in Johannesburg or connect onwards to Cape Town or homewards.

All of the rooms have proper beds with mattresses and duvets, en suite toilets, basins and showers with hot and cold running water. Guides: You will enjoy game drives and walks in the company of professionally licensed guides. who had to endure many years of intense training, both academic and in the field.
