House- Okonjima is a
private nature sanctuary which is owned and operated by the Hanssen family.Activities
here center around bird watching, walks and learning about the AFRICATS project that they
have started. For the keen photographer there are excellent opportunities to photograph
cheetah and leopard, as well as several other species. Guests are accommodated
all inclusive (except drinks) for 2 nights in comfortable bungalows with en suite
facilities. US $350 per person (January
through December). Air transfers to and from other areas are not included in the cost.
