Tour Guides Request Access to Survivor Site Tour guides at Kenya's Shaba Reserve have appealed to the CBS and the Isiolo County Council to allow them access to more parts of the national reserve. The guides complained that the shooting of the CBS series, Survivor III, had restricted them to only a fifth of the vast reserve. CBS has through a Nairobi-based firm, Mwandiga Production Company, leased two thirds of the Shaba Reserve to facilitate the shooting of Survivor III and everyone, including the guests of Sarova Shaba Lodge, are restricted from the exclusive zones. Tour guides interviewed yesterday said tourists pay the council US $27 each to enter the park and deserve value for their money by being allowed to travel within the entire park. Game rangers from the council have been positioned at strategic points in the park to keep off trespassers from the CBS site. Survivor III / Ultimate Africa Safaris
