Little things truly do matter and at Ultimate Africa we are always looking for ways to make our client’s happy.

In early 2002 an Ultimate Africa client lost her contact lenses at the Los Angeles Airport. She didn’t have time to return home however was able to call our Seattle office. We noted her sister’s number and with a little assistance were able to track down the prescription. When our client arrived in Johannesburg, South Africa the guide handed her a new pair of contact lenses. She could not have been happier!

In February 2006 a family of four phoned to let us know that they had to cancel their July 2006 southern Africa travel plans as an important corporate meeting had been scheduled to take place at the same time as their trip. With co-operation from the southern Africa tour operator we were able to move their trip to new dates in 2007 without penalty. We were also able to modify their travel insurance. Their dream trip had been saved!
