Full itinerary and trip details below: DAY 1 JOHANNESBURG Upon arrival at the Johannesburg International Airport you will be met and transferred (private) to the Saxon. Nestled in the exclusive Sandhurst suburb of Sandton, the Saxon makes a world class statement of ethnic African elegance, combined with personalized attention to detail.Saxon has always been a place of welcome. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred by air to Singita Boulders. Singita, meaning "the Miracle" in the local Shangaan language, is set in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve. Upon arrival you will transfer to your scheduled flight to Victoria Falls (not included). Upon arrival you will be met and transferred (private) the short distance to the Royal Livingstone. VICTORIA FALLS, Royal Livingstone, bed and breakfast in a suite DAYS 7, 8 SAVUTE / LINYANTI On day 7 you will be transferred by road and boat to Kasane. From Kasane you will depart by light aircraft (included) to King's Pool Tented Camp. Situated in an 125,000 hectare private concession bordering Chobe National Park, King's Pool luxury tented camp accommodates guests in 10 large walk in tents with ceiling fans and en suite facilities. Each tent sits on a raised teak deck and overlooks the King's Pool Lagoon. There is a swimming pool at this stunning camp. Wildlife abounds in this area, especially elephants during the dry winter months, and activities are the same as at Duma Tau with day and night wildlife viewing drives from open 4x4 vehicles, walks, and excursions aboard the camp's double decker boat on the Linyanti River (when water levels and the hippos allow it). SAVUTI / LINYANTI, King's Pool Tented Camp, all inclusive DAYS 9, 10, 11 MOREMI On day 9 you will be transferred by light aircraft (included) to Mombo Camp. Situated on the northern tip of Chief's Island within the Moremi Reserve in the central Okavango, Mombo provides one of the highest quality wildlife viewing opportunities in Africa - if the not the best. Many travelers argue that a trip to southern Africa is not complete without visiting Mombo. Large concentrations of wildlife, including all of the large predators and white rhino, occur in this remote and isolated wilderness region. Birdlife is prolific as well. Numerous award winning wildlife documentaries have been filmed at Mombo (National Geographic, BBC and others have filmed here) making this Botswana's top wildlife documentary location. When to travel: Wildlife viewing is best during the period April through October each year. The Cape beaches are at their best December through February. Whale watching is at its best during July through October each year. Departures: This safari departs upon request for one or more travelers. This is not a group safari and accommodations, activities, and total number of days can be altered to suit your needs. Accommodations: The accommodations on this trip are all first class and very comfortable. All of the rooms have proper beds with mattresses and duvets, en suite toilets, basins and showers with hot and cold running water. Other amenities include mosquito netting, lamps, purified water in carafes, insect repellent, flashlights, wardrobes, and ethnic furnishings.
