South Africa Looking to Re-open International Tourism in September 2020

After several months of lockdown South Africa has entered a phased reopening of their economy. The South African government recently allowed domestic business air travel to resume and travel industry experts are looking to a September 2020 reopening of international tourism arrivals. This happens to coincide with the peak summer period for South African tourism arrivals – September through March – where 60% of revenues are earned.

Stay well,

“I first visited Africa in the late 1980s. I came face to face with a wild elephant, and fell in love with being on safari! I made it my goal to create an African travel company that was all about authentic wildlife experiences. Many years later we are one of the top African travel companies in the Americas – known for arranging custom safaris to East and Southern Africa; personal trips, no cookie cutter stuff.”
